Overview

If you created an Oyaygo account, you can delete your account and request deletion of associated personal data at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to use the options on this page.

Oyaygo includes features such as voice rooms, Moments, private chat, and private video calls. You may sign in with Google or as a guest. Deleting your account removes access to these features and, where applicable, deletes or anonymizes related personal data as described below.

How to delete your account

You can request account deletion using either method below:

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Oyaygo app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account → Delete Account.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to admin@kosadiinfotech.in with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your Oyaygo account (for example your Google account email), or confirmation that you use guest login
  • Your user ID, if you know it
  • A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted

What data is deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize, where applicable:

  • Your account profile and registration information
  • Profile photos, display name, bio, and interest tags
  • Moments posts, comments, and related interactions linked to your account
  • Private chat history and media linked to your account
  • Voice room participation records and related profile data tied to your account
  • Private video/audio call history metadata linked to your account (for example participants and timestamps), where stored by us
  • In-app preferences and account settings
  • Virtual item / currency balance and purchase history tied to your account (if such features are offered)
  • Device tokens used for push notifications

Data we may retain

We may retain certain information for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Fraud prevention, security, and abuse investigation records
  • Financial or transaction records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance
  • Records needed to respond to legal requests or enforce our terms
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
Server log data is generally retained for no longer than 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Processing time

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete, unless we need additional information to verify your identity.

Partial data deletion

If you do not want to delete your entire account, you may be able to remove specific profile information, Moments content, or other content from within the app. For other data removal requests, contact us at admin@kosadiinfotech.in.
