KOSADI INFOTECH is committed to protecting children from sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) and other online harms. Oyaygo is a social communication product (voice rooms, Moments, private chat, and private video calls) intended only for adults.
2. Age restriction
- Oyaygo is for users 18+ only.
- We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or use the Services.
- Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors will be restricted or deleted.
3. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material
We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualizes minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or exploitation. Such content is removed, accounts are banned, and we may preserve and report relevant information to competent authorities as required by law.
4. Prevention, detection & response
- Standards: Users must follow our Community Guidelines.
- Reporting: Users can report abusive content or accounts in-app where available, or email admin@kosadiinfotech.in.
- Blocking: Users may block others to limit further contact where the feature is available.
- Review: We review reports and take action including content removal and account termination.
- Staff access: Access to reports and related data is limited to personnel who need it for safety and legal compliance.
5. Compliance
We design our policies and processes to align with applicable law and Google Play requirements related to user-generated content and child safety, including prohibiting CSAM and providing channels to report abuse.
